✨ Fair Rules & Guidelines
We’re excited to welcome you to Expo Vente Australia and appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a successful and professional event experience for all attendees. Please take a moment to review the following participation guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly on event day.
🛠️ Event Setup
To maintain a professional and organized environment for our guests:
All exhibitors must complete setup before doors open to the public. We kindly ask that you arrive on time and have your booth ready well in advance.
Please note that a late setup fee of $200 USD may apply if your booth is not ready at the start of the event.
🤝 Lead Generation and Agency Support
Our digital platform is a key part of your engagement strategy. To make the most of it:
Please ensure your Exhibitor Profile is fully updated on the Expo App before the event. If you experience any technical issues, notify our team immediately so we can assist you.
- You are welcome to invite your partner agencies to assist you at your booth. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that:
- All agency representatives have been set up with their own agent accounts on the Expo App before the event day.
- Agency representatives follow the same event rules and standards as institutional staff.
For a consistent and professional atmosphere, please remind agency representatives of the following:
🚫 They should not:
- Wear clothing with agency branding, logos, QR codes, websites, or phone numbers.
- Distribute agency flyers.
- Hand out materials from non-participating institutions or organizations.
- Roam the venue or approach students outside of your assigned booth area.
Each booth may host a maximum of 3 people (including agency reps), and staff substitutions during the event are not permitted.
Please note: In the rare case of non-compliance (After being notified three times to make corrections), a penalty of up to $1,000 USD and/or removal from the event may apply.
Agency representatives should refrain from:
- Wear any attire with their company name, branding, logos, QR codes, website, phone numbers, etc.
- Hand out flyers about the company and/or business cards.
- Hand out flyers about institutions or organizations that are not participating in the Expo.
- Walk around the Expo Hall engaging in conversation with prospective students and/or handing out promotional material, or otherwise not following the same rules to which all Exhibitors must adhere.
- A maximum of 3 people per booth is allowed, and no personnel exchanges are permitted.
Failure to comply may result in a $1,000 USD penalty and/or expulsion from the event during which there is a breach of the rules.
📱 Technology & Lead Capture
To optimize your recruitment efforts:
Please bring your own mobile device(s) to use the Expo App’s QR scanning feature for lead capture.
- You’re welcome to bring any other devices that support your presentation (e.g., laptops, tablets, or e-readers).
- Exhibitors are responsible for the privacy and security of any leads collected.
- Please do not share login credentials for the Expo App with others.
- The Expo organizers are not liable for data misuse resulting from shared access.
🛡️ Compliance and Corrections
We understand that sometimes things don’t go perfectly. That’s why The Wharton Group, Inc. uses a good-faith “three-strike” system, allowing exhibitors the opportunity to correct any issues before further action is considered.
Thank you for your attention, professionalism, and partnership. These guidelines help ensure a fair and rewarding experience for everyone — and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
We look forward to seeing you at the Expo!
